ADRs with a group split between DDP and OOP

We are planning a group trip this fall consisting of our family and another couple. Our rooms are booked separately at different resorts. I made ADRs for all of us under my reservation. My DH and I are going OOP, the other couple was OOP at booking, but just took advantage of the free DDP. Will this affect our ADRs? Will we still be able to sit together under my ADRs?

You're fine. Let the server know you'll need seperate checks and that your friends are on the dining plan (so they get their proper entitlements).

Not a problem at all. It's done all the time. When you are at the restaurants just let the server know who is on the dining plan and who will be paying OOP.
