ADR's.... help!

Hi Guys

I've been trying to book a couple of ADR's this morning for our April 2011 trip but don't seem to be able to?

I complete all the details including credit card info etc and I just keep getting an 'error 500' page

Is it me or is there a problem at the moment

There have been numerous problems over the past weeks. I think they have been doing maintenance on the site. I would just phone. It's quicker and less frustrating than sitting around wondering if it's you or the webiste .... and how many others are taking your ADRs while you sit waiting.

Rang through, first of all the CM said they were fully booked, then she tried again and found a slot for us and then tried four times to book it but her system wouldn't work

She said to phone back in a few days

Boo hoo Wouldn't normally be so ridgid with plans but it is DH's birthday.....

What restaurant are you trying to book for your DH birthday meal?

Cali Grill, thought it would be nice to organise a birthday cake and watch the fireworks - I keep trying to book online, just in case and will try ringing again tomorrow

Fingers crossed but I am now not pinning my hopes on it!!!!!

I've managed to book T-Rex and Rainforest cafe so I think the problem with Cali Grill must be something to do with having to leave your credit card details?!!?

Not to worry, will keep trying

One happy bunny here - just thought I would try ringing again and WAHHOOOOOOO I've booked DH's birthday meal at the Cali Grill, now the only problem will be keeping it a secret
