ADR's for October?

Some friends of ours just decided to go to WDW during the week of October 8. They are a family of four. Will there be any ADR's available? Has anyone gotten any reservations lately? I'm worried they are going to starve!

I am going the same time and I called last week, I got some, but the times aren't exactly what I would have wanted....

I haven't had any problem.............BUT, I purposely chose fairly early dinnertimes (5:30-6:30) so that could we walk around and digest all that food! Your friend could try the DTD places if he can't get park or resort ADR's.

They're not going to starve, but a table for 8 is not easy to get, even at the 180 mark. I made my ADRs for October months ago and tried for any of the 5 nights I had set aside for a table for 8 at LeCellier and got 7:20PM. It was the earliest time available for the entire week of Oct. 22-26 and that was calling in May. That was a long time ago. Getting an ADR for a smaller party is easier. They should call right away.
