ADRs charging at time if booking

Does anyone have a list if which ADRs charge your cc at the time of booking?

I'm particularly interested in finding out about:
- Hoop Dee Doo Revue
- Cinderella's Royal Table
- Polynesian Luau

All 3 charge your card the full amount at time of booking unless you have a Dining plan package linked to your MDX.

CRT and all 3 dinner shows (Hoop de Doo, Spirit of Aloha and Mickey's Backyard Barbecue) charge in full at booking.

Many special events, like the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party, also charge at booking. Some do not, though.
