Question:

My Disney trip is Oct 18th thru Oct 25th. Can I make ADR's for all of my days at the 180 day mark of Oct 18th? Or will I need to call and add days as it goes? (conversely I could make all of them 180 days from the 25th but risk not getting a restaurant I want)

Also does anyone have a link to a site that will help me figure out when 180 days is? ( a day calculator of sorts?)

Thanks

It depends on where you're staying. Being able to make all your reservations, up to 10 days' worth, on 180 days before your check-in date is one of the perks of staying in a Disney resort. If you're staying offsite, you'll need to call each day.

The extra booking availability Colleen is talking about is called "180+10." If you are staying ONsite only, you can book up to ten days of ADRs calling 180 days from your arrival day.

You should know, however, that not ALL availabilty is there during the +10 period. So, if you can't get what you want during that period, you may very well get it calling exactly 180 days out.

Thank You! I'm staying at the CSR so 180+10 it is!

According to the ADR calculator your date to call is 4/21/08. Good luck, I guess we'll be calling right after you as our October trip is the 22 to Nov. 1.

If I am wanting CRT for lunch and it is the last day of our trip (10 day trip) can I get it with the 180 + 10 rule? We will be staying onsite.

Yes, you can theoretically get CRT with 180+10. However, the info in the CRT thread on the restaurants board will probably be much more helpful to you than the +10 possibility.

CRT is all about understanding the system and getting on the line with a CM at precisely 7:00 AM. If you don't follow the guidelines in the thread and manage that feat, your chances are much reduced.

If you really, really want CRT, I would start trying to get it at exactly 180 days out from your arrival, then try the +10 for your last day. The next day, try the same process -- 180 exactly, then +10. If you really want CRT, you're likely going to have to accept whatever you can get...so get what you can get and then try to improve as you go along.

Excel will calculate 180 days.

Type in your date 10/25/08 in cell a1, then in cell b1 type = a1-120.

4/28/08
