ADRs : 90days + 10?

We are checking in May 23rd.

I called today to book some ADRs. I got one for May 25th, then when I tried to book May26th the CM insisted I could not it was more than 90 days out.?!?!

When I called 10 days ago 'cause I thought it meant 100 days before check-in, the CM told me it meant 90 from check-in plus up tp 10 days from that date.

I tried hanging-up & calling back but I gave upp after 17 min. on hold.

There are a couple of threads on this topic. There is a new system for ressie's made May 26 and later. You have to be transfered to the CMs that are on that system or listen for the prompt for ADRs past that date. You can make them, you just have to get to the CMs that are using the new system.

there were people calling today who waited 2+ hours on hold to make their ressies for after 5/25. The reports I've read said they did eventually get through & get the ressies they wanted but apparently the system got swamped today because all CMs cannot access the new system for dates after 5/25.

Though even beyond those issues... the CM was right.

You can book your ADRs when you stay at a Disney resort 90 days from your check in day and then for the first 10 days of your stay. If you are not staying at a Disney resort then you have to call every day for your reservations.

You can NOT make your ADRs at 100 days before your check in.
