This might be a bit of a long one bu hopefully some one can help.

I am getting married at WDW in September and we have a fair sized party coming out with us. I want to make some dining reservations for the group and want to do it as early as possible to ensure we get what we want since we are a large party.

Check in date is 8th Sept and we will be there for 14 days.

I calculated that the 90 day mark is 10th June - is this right?

One the 10th of June I will be able to make reservations through till the 18th Sept - is this right?

If I want to make a reservation for the 19th Sept can I call on 11th June or do I have to then wait till exactly 90 days?

Can I make a reservation for 18 people on my 1 room reservation?

Can CRT be part of a +10 of deos it have to be exactly 90days?

Sorry for lots of questions, a lot of planning has gone into the wedding and I want to make sure everything else happens just right!

Hope you can all help me?

David

Anything past the 10 days, you have to call exactly 90 days from that date.

Yes, this is correct.

Yes.

The have been conflicting reports on this however, I have always been able to book the final days of my trip by the calling on June 11th for Sept 19th way. I have also called many times recently and every CM has confirmed that I can do it this way.

Can I make a reservation for 18 people on my 1 room reservation?
I think you'lll have to call the Grand Gatherings line to reserve for that many people.

CRT is 90+10

I know what you mean. I not am even planning for a wedding and I am asking questions all the time.

Hope you can all help me?

Good luck!

With a group of 18 wouldn't Disnery Dining direct him to group dining? Or do they not do it separately like that anymore?

Thanks for the feedback, do you know what the grand gatherings number is? It cam't hurt at ask the question can it.

Thanks
David

Have you talked to your Disney Wedding Planner/Coordinator? That person should be able to assist you (and maybe even make the reservations you need).

I already asked they told me that they are uable to assist with anything that is not specifically part of the wedding.

I said this same thing a week or so ago and was told by many other posters that I was wrong. They said you did not have to wait for 90 days out from each date beyond 10, but that (this is always so hard to explain) --

that the day after your original 90 day window, you could call and make your reservations for the 11th day, then the next day for the 12th day, etc. I don't know - the beyond 10 days thing has always been unclear to me - maybe you're saying the same thing, but I didn't think so.

I just called Disney Dining and was told that I should deffinately call them on the day for a party size of 18 for the restaurants that I want.

I also checked and they told me that I should call on the 11th to book for the 19th if I am a resort guest, so effectively if you are a resort guest you can make reservations for up 100 days out after you hit your 90 day check in point. (Call on day 2 to book for 11th day, day 3 for 12th day etc.)

Feel a little better now! :rolleyes1

I'm also travelling for 14 days in September (starting the 3rd) and I was able to make reservations for 90 days + 10 starting Friday. I've called Saturday and Sunday for day 11 and 12 and will call tomorrow for my final reservation day 13 - Le Cellier. Fingers crossed!

So, no you don't have to wait for the 90 day mark!

This is what I was saying so I'm glad there are more people confirming this. I have called at least 10 times now and I believe I have spoken with 10 different CMs. Before the new system, it was essentially up to the CM to do it or not but now it's just part of the deadline sturcturing. I am glad it's pretty set int stone now because it makes it so much easier for me to plan and have more flexiblity on the final days of my trip and knowing that I have a much larger chance to eat at CM's, CRT and 'Ohana during more preferred times.

Good luck on getting Le Cellier. I called to book Le Cellier on one of those days, I think it was the 12th day of my trip last year- I wanted 6PM and got 5:55PM on a Friday EMH first day of the Food & Wine Festival.

I don't have any doubt that you will be able to get it and most likely your ideal time :)
