Just booked my first 10 days of ADRs on DDP for October I had a problem as I didn't have a Disney ref number as I didn't book directly with them ( we are going with First Choice) has anyone else had this problem and, how did you get round it ?

i just explained i was from the uk and didn't have a ref number the CM didn't seem too worried and i booked them all anyway !

I booked our adrs without any probs and no ref no - the CM asked me for name, resort name and date of arrival... I would ring again you may get a more helpful CM.

I've got 4 more days worth to book so fingers crossed that i get someone different !

I booked most of mine with no problems just using name, resort and date of check in. However one day the CM I got insisted on a reference number to get the +10 days and in the end took our First Choice reference number
