ADR questions/suggestions

Hi All! Haven't been to Disney World since I was about 15, about 30 years ago! Finally am getting to take my family (wife, 4 kids 17-9) over Easter week (I know not ideal but that's when we can go). I had a few questions thought you all might be able to help with. If I make ADR's 180 days out do I stand a good chance of getting reservations in the places we want as long as we are flexible on times? So far here is where we are leaning towards. Sanaa, Ohana, Restaurant Marrakesh, Be our guest(lunch?), and whispering canyon. Need one more idea also. Anything we are missing or should take off? We are on the dining plan so want to avoid 2 credit table services places. thanks for any advice!

You have 2 of the most popular restaurants listed during one of the very busiest times of the year. I was unable to get BOG dinner ADR for any time at all for October at 6 AM on my 180+6 day. I have checked several times a day, every day, for weeks and nothing.
'Ohana is one of the most popular dinners on property. It is always very difficult to book
I think at you ADR date you need backup choices for both of these restaurants. Sanna is also very popular, but I don't know how hard it is too book.
Restaurant Marrakesh is great and very easy, as many folks are unfamiliar/afraid of the food. You should also be okay at Whispering Canyon.
Rethink your plans and come up with some Plan B choices

You do have a couple of hard to get ones as the pp said, but it's not impossible to get them. If something isn't available at your 180 day mark, keep checking often as things do change. People cancel trips, change their mind on restaurants, etc., so you never know if/when something will become available.

For other suggestions, two of our favorites are Boma at AKL and Cape May at the BC. Both are buffets (no characters) with nice atmospheres and great food (IMO). Boma has some items that are unique with different spices/seasonings, but there are also other great options for the non-adventurous eater.
