ADR question...

I was wondering if you are required to have a Disney Hotel reservation before you can start booking ADR's? We are hoping to get an exchange for Dec, and was wondering how far in advance I can book if I do not have a reservation yet.

You don't need a Disney resort reservation. They will ask where you are staying but just tell them you don't know yet. Dining reservations aren't tied into resort reservations at all.

If you are going in December you should call soon. ADR's can be made 180 days in advance by anyone, so folks have been booking restaurants for December since June.
