ADR Question with 2 different Reservation Numbers

My family has one reservation number and my mom and brother have one for them. I've done ADRs for my family in the past when it was just us. Now that my mom and brother are joining us with their own number, how do we go about making our ADRs? Do we give them both reservation numbers? All of us have the basic DP.
