ADR procedures for Princess b'fast at Norway

We have an ADR for 9:30 at Norway for the Princess breakfast. They told us they have a gate we go to at EPCOT to enter before it is open to allow for us to make it back there in time for the time to eat. Is this gate the one near the restrooms to the right of the main entry gates? Also, the rope at the beginning of World Showcase, where is that located. I was told we need to have our reservation number and our tickets. Anything else would be helpful. We have 4 small ones and they have very short legs and we want to allow for plenty of time to get there...smjj

One of the turnstiles will be marked for breakfast guests. It's usually on the far left of the turnstiles all the times I have seen it. You won't need to worry about the rope - because they are letting you all the way into the park beyond the rope to get to Akershaus/Norway. CMs will tell you where to go. It will take a good 20 minutes to walk to Norway with small folks, I would guess.

I also was able to get reservations for character breakfast here, however we're not so sure we want to go to Epcot as this is a shorter trip with a 1 yr old. I've heard varying reports: do you have to get tix for the park to eat in the restaurant?

Yes, you need park admission to enter any park, even with a park restaurant reservation.
