ADR pre rope drop question.

Hi,
I have just managed to get an adr for cinderellas royal Table for just me and my dd. I have never done a pre rope drop before and I was wondering will the rest of our party have to wait for the official park opening or will we all be able to enter ??
Im thinking of the photo opp with an empty main street nothing else as I am aware that the rides etc will not be open!
My gut feeling is that they wont be allowed in with us but just wondered if anyone knew a definate answer ???

I have an ADR the morning before for Crystal palace which was booked primarily for the photo opp but if they will be allowed in with us then I can cancel that breakfast as I dont think any of my kids are gong to be too happy about meet and greet with winnie the pooh and friends.

At MK they don't tend to check the names off a list for early ADRs so they should be able to get in with you - unlike Epcot & AK where they only let in those on a list.

However what are they going to do once you go into CRT? They can not get past main street and the shops are not open.

They never checked our names off a list either, but I'm not sure if that has changed.

We've been to both CRT and Crystal Palace several times before rope drop. Although they don't check individual names they have the number of people who the ADR is for, in your case 2, so they may not let the rest of your family in.

yes, i remember that - they did have the number of people...

although in theory they only let you in with an adr in the six times we have done either crt or cp before opening they have never checked our names/reservation numbers or anything else. Photo opportunities on Main Street would be your families only thing to do until rope drop but I can't see you will have any problems them going in.

It's a risk though. We have been checked every time except once and we have done a fair share of early ADRs. If they get in, that's great, but it is the day after the scheduled early ADR for everyone. If the whole family are not allowed in, the opportunity is gone.

Fair comment - didn't notice that Louise was going to cancel the adr for the previous day.

Thanks all I will keep both adrs just hope the crystal Palace one dont get down like a lead balloon with my kids!
On the plus side the food is meant to be good at CP!
