This worked for me.
Download Puffin in the App Store. It is a web browser. It is a little hard to navagate sometimes so use these links:
To login: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/login/
To pick restaurant: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/#/reservations-accepted
Once you go to the main restaurant page, scroll down to the one you want to book and then click it and then on that page, put in your date, time, etc.
If you get the paws error, clicked the back button and try again.
I did get the paws error 2 times but after hitting the back button it worked fine.
I was able to book all my ADRs.
