We will be staying at POR in less than 2 weeks...yay! My question is would I need an ADR for breakfast there? Not sure how hard/easy it is to get in.

My rule is it's always best to have an ADR just in case. Boatwrights is at a non-monorail resort and is not a character meal, so you MIGHT not need an ADR. But,we've tried dinner there without an ADR and were turned away (no experience with breakfast) - this was in a slower time of year. Since you'll be there around Thanksgiving, I'd highly recommend calling. Why risk it?

We have breakfast at Boatwrights several times per year. Non-peak weeks you are good to go; try and stay away from 7:30 to 8:30 that is busy time.

Peak weeks after 9:30 am you should be fine, before then better play it safe, it is hit or miss. We go to the parks early and get back by 11:00 and eat with absolutely no problem. Breakfast serving ends at 11:30.

We'll be eating chocolate chip pancakes in 6 days. :thumbsup2
