ADR last seating question

HI,
I was wondering: If the time for breakfast @ Chef Mickey is listed as 7:00-11:30 (not sure of exact time just an example) what is the latest they will give me an ADR? Will it be 11:30 or would it be 11:00 so we would be out of there by 11:30.
I'm just using Chef Mickey and breakfast as an example. I was wondering for just about any Disney resturant what the latest ADR would be
I hope this post makes sense, at least it does in my head

If Chef Mickey's (or any other Disney restaurant) says it closes at 11:30 for breakfast, they do not mean that every diner has to be out of the place at 11:30. That's just the latest time they will seat you.

World Showcase table service restaurants are closed at 9:00 but I've seen people inside Chef de France as late at 10:30.
