ADR frustration!

Hey there - today is my 180 out and I called and got all of the ones I wanted at the times I wanted (YEA!!!!) except CRT. I was told today that I have to call at exactly 180 from the date I want. Doesn't make a difference whether I am staying onsite or not.

If this is the rule - ok. But why is it when you call you get different answers???? I called back this evening because it was bothering me and lo and behold the CM said "you can book it 180+10" so I asked for the date and all booked.

Unfortunately it just depends on who you talk to. I realize that they have thousands of people makiing reservations and such but I really wish that they could all get the same information. One CM told me today that the public usually gets the updates before they do or before the changes are put into their computer. Pretty sad.

Don't give up-I would keep trying as the first person told you to do...you never know...

I am sorry to hear that. That is frustrating!

The good news is that it isn't really sold out. They are only sold out of the ressies that were released for the onsite guests that can book 180+10. At the 180 day mark they will release the rest of them. Otherwise, those who stay offsite would never get to eat at CRT or LeCellier. So call again at the 180 day mark, starting at about 6:58am ET.

DON'T PANIC! I had this happen to me on Monday, and today was the 180 day from the day I wanted CRT. I called again this morning and was able to the time I wanted.

Both CMs were correct. A LIMITED number of tables are released at the 180+10 point for people staying in a WDW resort. However, fully availability does not open until EXACTLY 180 days prior to the dining date. Therefore, at places like CRT, if they don't have availability at 180+10, calling back at exactly 180 days out SHOULD get you a table.

DH had to call for our CRT reservation 2 Saturdays ago to meet the 180 day reservation period. He had made all of the others the Monday before.

I went through that today, too. I made all our ADRs, but couldn't book CRT, because it is not exactly 180 days from the day we wanted it. I'm glad to read that others have gone through this, called back and got their date. I have to wait six more days to call.

Not true, you don't have to wait until 180 days to get CRT unless they are already sold out of the seats reserved for those who can call using the 180+10 advantage. I called at the 180 day mark from the Dec 1 beginning of our trip and booked the Dec 9 breakfast at CRT in that call with the rest of my ADRs.
