Well, I finally understand the frustration I see on this board with Disney's IT, app, and website.

I've been stalking the boards for months, making plans, seeing issues, and trying to prepare.

Today's my 180 day mark. Set the alarm, got up way too early, got ready, and..... nothing.

The website says there are no dining reservations available for anything, anywhere. Or, it says that there is a problem searching reservations, call later. I've cleared my cache, tried 4 different browsers, etc, etc. Apparently, there is no where available to eat in WDW for any meal on any day of my trip. :)

The app is no good either. First of all, it only shows the FIRST day of my trip as available (where the website at least shows all days of my trip). Secondly, same error messages.

Just venting, sorry for the rant. I guess I'll get on the phone in a little bit and try my luck. But - if there's something I'm missing here, please let me know!!! Thanks for listening.

ETA - we haven't been to WDW since 2009, and so much has changed! I'm so grateful for all the useful information found here, or I would probably be a lot more frustrated than I am right now! :)

I may be completely wrong here, but I thought reservations (for the 180+ mark), didn’t open until 7am EST. Is it possible they’re still loading everything, and it’ll show up in the next few minutes?

Mine were wonky until about 7:15 or so and then worked (6 weeks ago)

FP+ is 7am

ADRs are supposed to be 6.

Unless it's changed since I was doing the booking for my trip this past Feb.

I thought something was 7am, you’re probably right. I checked on my app and it was showing up until February 5th, with almost everything available except CRT for that date. How frustrating! I guess with so many people trying at once they just can’t handle the volume.

I guess it's not just me. It was open at 6 AM CST. BUT - good news!!!! Keep trying, it seems to be working now!!

I was able to book BOG at 5:45 CST this morning with no problem. Staying offsite so only thing I could book

I've been suffering right along with you today. Although I didn't need to set an alarm: I woke up more frequently during the night and my bladder got me up around 5:30. Trying in 3 browsers on two computers, plus the app. Just kept getting technical difficulties messages, but thankfully no page eating. Then suddenly while I'm initially typing this post on the one computer and refreshing on the other, a time suddenly appeared. Snagged that one then continued with the rest before coming back to finish the post. Got everything at the times I wanted, including Garden Grill PPO on 180+1. It's at 8:35, but from what I understand from other posts on here I should be able to go in at 8.

So, update: this is essentially what happened to me!

Spent almost an hour frustrated and getting errors, posted here, went back and tried again and.... poof, a time appeared. For some restaurant I didn't need, but the key is that A TIME APPEARED lol.

From then on, I was able to book. So, it was bogged down for a little less than an hour, then came up.

Got all I wanted, some with times that are a bit off, but I'll take it!

So, I've let the frustration go (until FP+ day, anyway), and I'm excited again!!

Well I am an IT professional for the federal government and I always call in to make my ADR's. I have google internet at home and my hone built desktop is faster than all but a handful of machines sold in stores but I have had issues with them as well. However when calling never an issue. It may be old school to call but it works.

I'm sorry, that is so frustrating. I was lucky when I did mine and only had minor issues (knock on wood), but I would be super frustrated if nothing was working for online bookings. I guess the small consolation is that it's not just you so those hard to get ADRs won't disappear as quickly and if you get on the phone right at 7AM, you should still have a good shot. Doesn't take away from the frustration though, I know.

Phone? What is this "phone" thing you speak of? :teeth:

Yep. I had resigned myself to calling at 7 EST, but then things suddenly started working.
Oh, yeah, me too. Even had the number pre-entered, ready to hit the dial button. Anyone who knows me knows I don't like using the phone even in life or death situations, but this is Disney trip planning we're talking about - it's way more important!

You will find what you want if you subscribe to Touring Plans and use their dining reservation finder. I was able to get an Ohana dinner and a pre-park opening BOG breakfast using it. One thing to keep in mind though...once you get the text message notification you MUST immediately click the link to make the ADR or someone will snatch it up asap. Good luck.
