ADR for Breakfast?

We will be in DW the third week in January and have the DxDDP, we have 2 credits left and were thinking of having breakfast a few mornings. No characters we have Chef Mikeys and Ohana but maybe Kona, Olivia's Cafe, Kouzzina, Wolfgang Puck Express..... I could go on. Anyway do you think we need reservations, there is just my DH and myself and we can be somewhat flexible. First time in the world, trying not to over plan but my Type A keeps rearing its ugly head!

You should be fine at the places you listed. You might have a short wait at Kona to get in but it's unlikely that you will be turned away.
The others I don't see any issue.

I would make an ADR just to be safe but if you change your mind you likely will be able to get in. Our last trip was at peak time and we were able to walk up to Kona and get a table with no wait...it was a Saturday around 7:30 am.
