ADR Conformation #'s

I just called Disney Dining, For some reason I kept think I should just call and confirm my ADRs. A very Nice CM came on and was helpful. Thank You to her I can sleep with out worrying. I called and said I just want to confirm all my ADR's. No problem she says. I need the name (First and last name) of the persons name who's name is on all the ADRs. So I gave it to her, then she need the zip code. no problem. She said Your Reservations aren't pulling up i am sorry. LEt me check it again. I was like oh NO!!!!! Then I had to give her each of the numbers I had, and luckly they where all their.

I just wanted to let people know they may want to recheck their ADRs. I am not sure what happened, but I am happy they are still their. I don't know if anyone else is having a problem with it but I let all know. If they can't pull your adrs up then maybe you have to give each conformations each time.

I was wondering if it has to do with the new system.

It happened to me too. I had forgotten to mention my mom's celiacs when I made the ADRs and they couldn't find them connected to anything but the individual confirmation numbers. I was on the phone forever, and the CM had to go get his manager and his manager couldn't figure it out, I finally suggested giving them the individual confirmation numbers and they did find them all that way.
