ADR Complete for first DDP what do you think?

We will be going to Disney in October doing the DDP for the first time. The cast will include myself, DW, DS's 13 & 8, FIL & MIL. Not so sure the In-Laws are really Disney freaks like me but they like spending time with their Grandchildren. We will be staying at VB Oct 18-22nd and the BCV Oct 22-27th. Clearly not DDP at VB but here is what we have for ADR

Oct 22nd - Epcot Day - Le Cellier 7:40 then hopefully out in time for Illuminations following.
Oct 23rd - MNSSHP (hopefully) - LTT 5:30. 2 tables-then MNSSHP following.
Oct 24th - Animal Kingdom - Boma 5:20
Oct 25th - MGM Day - Mama Melrose's 6:00 (DW choice however I wanted 50's PT, guess who won)
Oct 26th - Favorite Ride Day (any park) - Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki 6:30

The only place we have dined befor is Teppanyaki and my kids loved it so we must return. All other are new. We have done CP, CRT and a couple others at Epcot but mostly done Counter Service in the past.

What do you think? Am I missing anything I really need to try?

It all looks good. Boma's is delish and so is Mama Melroses. You may want to rethink the timing of your Le Cellier ressies though. We had ressies for about the same time you did and didn't get out of there til an hour past park closing. It may have had something to do with Free Dining, though
