ADR after park closing

Hi! I tried to search for answers to this, but have not come up with anything. I was able to make an ADR for SciFi on Weds, 12/8/10 for 7:20pm. Disney lists park closing as 7pm that day, with no EMH or F! How does that work if I have an ADR after closing? Will transportation (boat) still be running? I will be at YC, so I guess we could just walk, but I am guessing we will be tired by that time of the night. I have read speculation that there will be a Pop Warner party at HS that night after the 7pm closing.

I'm not sure about the boat, but I know the buses run for 2 hours after park closing. We ate at Rainforest Cafe after AK had closed and got a bus back to our resort. I remember being a bit worried because the parking lot was completely empty and it seemed deserted (didn't know about the 2 hour thing then), but a bus showed up. This time we have ADRs again for Rainforest at 5:30 (AK closes at 5). I'm going to program the # for a cab company in my cell just in case dinner goes late.

I had read about the same thing, which makes sense because HS closes an hour earlier on Wednesday than the other days of the week. Hopefully, it won't be a problem for you if you aren't part of Pop Warner.

At least by that time of the day and being in December, the weather shouldn't be too oppresively hot to walk back to the YC.

Last time I was at WDW (a year ago), the buses continued to run between the parks until the last park closed because some people park in one lot and then take internal transportation to another park later in the day. Those people need to get back to their car. I'm not sure how late these buses were running, but it's another option because Epcot will be open until 9:30 pm.

As Epcot does not close until 9:30 in December, the boats should be running until at least 10:00. Whether or not they will go to DHS until then or turn around beforehand is another question, but you should be able to find out from your Resort.

I am thinking we will be okay, since we have the walking option no matter what happens with the boats
