We fly later this month and are staying off site for most of our trip. The final 3 nights will be at CR. Our boys are 3.5 and 1.5. I would really appreciate if some of you lovely Disers could critique my plans and perhaps help me tweak them for the best :)

Lunch at Rose and Crown (12pm)
Lunch at The Plaza (12.15pm)
FDP Lunch at H&V (12pm)
Pre rope drop breakfast at Crystal Palace (8.10am)
Dinner at BOG (4.35pm) ODS loves Beast so I think we must keep this one.
Dinner at Beaches and Cream (6.30pm)
Breakfast at Kona

We have zero ADRs booked for our 3 nights (car less) on-site except the Kona breakfast which is on our first morning. Was thinking of Contempo Cafe as a decent QS option?? We will be at WDW for 16 days but wanted to keep ADRs minimal with two small kids who will be vastly off their normal schedule...

I have been wondering if I should skip some of these or pick a different experience. Is dinner at 1900 Park Fare a better option than BOG for my smallies? Would Ohana be a good breakfast option? Maybe we should have just stuck with booking character buffets? We are paying OOP so I want to make the right decisions for our wallet too! Any and all advice much appreciated :)

Could you maybe post what days your dining options are currently for and what parks you plan to attend each day? First thought is if you are staying at CR and have 2 little ones, you might want to try for a Chef Mickey's breakfast. Or maybe switch your Kona breakfast to Ohana - I have not been but have read a lot of positive comments here about the breakfast and the character interaction there. I'm sure they'll love Beaches & Cream and congrats on the BOG dinner - those seem hard to come by. (Closest icon to Beast I could find:) :dog2:

Thank you :)

Aug 24th - Lunch at Rose and Crown (12pm)
Aug 25th - Lunch at The Plaza (12.15pm)
Aug 27th - FDP Lunch at H&V (12pm)
Sept 2nd - Pre rope drop breakfast at Crystal Palace (8.10am)
Sept 5th - Dinner at BOG (4.35pm) ODS loves Beast so I think we must keep this one.
Aug 30th or 31st (cant remember which!) - Dinner at Beaches and Cream (6.30pm)
Sept 5th - Breakfast at Kona

I have since stalked for ressies at 1900 Park Fare for dinner and snagged one for Sept 3rd. Also snagged a Ohana breakfast for Aug 31st. We are up in the air about them right now. DS is mad to go "eat with the princesses" but DH doesn't see the point in eating at CRT when the boys are so small and won't even remember the experience! The 1900PF ADR is kinda a compromise lol.

Oh and yes we are delighted to have gotten the BOG reservation!! It is only for my eldest DS and I and we are having a special "date night" just us two. He's very excited :) I think he's most excited to see Beast than anything else!!
