ADR @ 180 day marker

My 180th day marker from my WDW reservation is on 07 MAR 2012.
What time can I start calling to make ADRs? It is 6AM, 7AM or 8AM EST?
Also I recall reading but can't find it anymore that you can start doing the ADRs online 1 hour before you can call. Is that true? If so at what time?

You can call at 7 am EST. Yes, you can make ADR an hour earlier online, which would be 6 am EST. Remember to adjust accordingly if your time zone is not EST.

Online 6am EST, phone 7am EST. If you plan to call make a "test run" on the phone ahead of your ADR day so you know the prompts.

Also, some locations seem not to be loaded right at the 180+10 mark, might have to wait for the actual 180th day, and due to techy glitches a few places seem not to show online but the phone agents can see them. Sometimes the online engine does not recognize your res # for the +10 ADRs, or that you have a dining plan to avoid being charged for normally pre-paid meals like HHD or CRT. The Disney websites leave much to be desired...........

Thanks all I'm on CST so that means I can start online at 5AM CST.
I am only at WDW for 8 days/7 nights so don't have to worry about the 10+ day issues.

#1 slot is getting Dinner @ the castle on Sunday, 10 SEP 12 (which would be my 7th day).

I recall doing a mix of online and calls 2 years ago but alas can't find all those notes anymore. But this helps!
