ADR +10 Window didn't open!!!!

This morning is my ADR day (check in is 12/18 and my Res is linked) and the +10 didn't open? This is our 14th trip there and this has never happened. It's also my kids' Christmas blowout present after the DCL santa gift so I'm not too happy right now as already stuff I wanted for Day 1 is gone. Anyone have this happen to them or any advice?
I'm planning to call when they open.

The same happened to me online and I called Dining Reservations which had a recorded message that I couldn't reserve until 180 days out. ADR opened up at 6:11AM (central) for me and I was able to get all my reservations but had to change days to get BOG in.

I called and she was able to get everything but of course had to change days and move stuff around. There was like ONE BoG the whole week at that point. It still won't let me look past the 18th. Also if I try to change something it won't let me look past the 18th. Most bizarre thing. I guess I'm lucky the CM was able to do it on the phone otherwise I would've been quite displeased. I swear over the years it's gotten less pleasant to book a trip and one might need a degree in Disney operations to manage the system!

a degree in disney operations. thats funny. Honestly, in all my years going to disney, i've had problems booking almost every single trip. EVERY SINGLE TRIP. its so normal to me now, that I dont even think about it. Lol.

I always have some sort of trouble too! One year no 180 + 10, always do online check in, never get a text. Couldn't book HDDR on FD even though it was linked to my reservation and had to call...I'm just used to being on hold. Disney online is definitely an imperfect system. At least it works correctly for some people!

It wouldn't let me go past the 18th from the Dining Reservation page unless I went into "My Disney Experience" Reservation page and re-entered my password. Very strange.

My 180+10 opened and I did my bookings but when I checked back in a few hours later I was shut out of everything but the first day. However the next day it was fine. The system is so glitchy.

Update-
Finally got a chance to call tech support and they had to reset something on my MDE account then I had to log out, clear my cookies, and go back in. Once I did everything was open. For anyone needing the # MDE tech is 407-939-4357

That is great - that happened to me once. But I know their system has had many problems lately.
