I was emailed some documents that I want to fill out and email them back. They are in adobe (.pdf) format. How do I do this?
Thanks!

P.S. I hope this makes sense......

you can't type in most pdf documents. as far as i know, if you can't double click and type in the fields, you won't be able to type in the document -- you'll have to print it out and do it by hand or have them send it to you as something other than a pdf.

Some PDF documents are specifically setup to allow you to type input in certain areas. (some of the IRS documents are like this). All you need is Acrobat (free) to open the file

sorry i was not more clear. this is what i meant. if you can open it in reader, but you can't double click in the fields and type then there is no way to type in the document. :)

I should have added to that link that I concur (for whatever that is worth, LOL) with what both Caity and SW have said here.
