Admission media question

I was about to go off and Xerox all of the fronts and backs of my AP and DS's Hopper when it occured to me that this might not be a good idea. Is it possible they could get demagnatized? I know not to keep them near the magnet in my purse, but would a Xerox machine affect them?

The light source from a photocopier or scanner will not harm the magnetic strip on your tickets.
