Hi,

Can anyone explain the difference between adjoining and connecting rooms in a cat4? I understand connecting, but what's an "adjoining"?

Thanks!

Next door. No entering one room from the other unless you walk through the wall.....

Thanks for the quick response.

Maybe I'll try that "through the wall" approach! :scratchin

Welll....Only if there's someone you REALLY want to see on the other side......It could be painful...:hyper:

I was asked by a TA today if I it bothered me to be in a connecting room. I said I preferred not to but I guess it doesn't matter? Does it? Can someone open the connecting door if you don't want them to?

Jeff

Nope. There's a door on each side of the wall, but the two halves are absolutley blank on the inner side, there is no way to open them from the opposite side.

Beware the NOISE!
We were in one of the connecting secret porthole rooms once, and the kids next door apparently had a favorite activity of slamming each other into the door.

noise from the connecting room can be a problem, it seemed the sound slipped through the cracks!
