Adjoining SSR studios - where to put "traveling with"

We will be taking our first trip as DVC members this summer and my parents will be joining us. I was able to reserve two studios so we can each have our own space, but ideally I'd like to at least be in the same building, if not the same floor.

I've seen others say to make sure you add "traveling with" to the reservation so that the room scheduler can be aware of that, but where do you add "traveling with" on the reservation? Is there a comment section?

I don’t know a place where you can add this, but if you call Member Services, they can easily add this.
