I asked this over in the craft forum, but haven't had any responses, so I thought I'd ask here too, just in case someone has done this already and has a suggestion.....
I'm trying to make a bag for my parent's 40 anniversary. The bag is black, has 6 pockets for photos and the closest I can guess is that it is made out of nylon. On the back of the bag I am trying to adhere a picture that Michelle designed for me. I tried using transfer paper, but I can't get the bag hot enough to transfer the picture because of the photo pockets on the front.
Any other suggestions!?!?!?!? Are there any glues that adhere to nylon? If so, I could always print it on photo paper, laminate and then glue it. Or is there a cloth "transfer" paper that I can run through my printer?
(here's a link to a similiar looking bag)

Thanks for any and all suggestions! Hoping someone has tried this before and had success!
