Would like to compliment a cast member who went above and beyond for my son on a recent Disney cruise. I was not with my son so could not take it up with guest services on the cruise.

Is there an address/person to whom I may address this?

Hi! I am a cast member. To write to a specific cm you need to know their first and last names, the ship they are on and their perner number.

OP, if you want to write to DCL to share praise of a CM, I found this contact info for complaints (it might be nice to receive a "praise" as well):

I recommend including the ship, cruise date and CM's name. If the full name is unknown, they may be able to identify him/her if you have details such as date/time/location of the encounter.
