I'm not sure if this was available before the change of alcohol carry on policy. I noticed that you can now have beer and wine delivered to your stateroom. Not cheap but it's available.

Order Wine, Beer and Spirits
Its easy and convenient to order wine, beer and spirits or a special beverage package for delivery to your stateroom or dinner table. Avoid the hassle of bringing beverages onboard and let Disney Cruise Line take care of the details. Guests ages 21 and older only.

Pretty sure they've had that for a while.

It's been there for a while. It was there when I booked my last cruise (booked in November 2014).

Oh wow, a lot more stuff there than the last time I looked.

Is that why they blocked that one TA from doing in-room gifts?

Still not seeing "spirits" listed, just wine and beer. That has been there for awhile. If they would add liquor, that would make me happier.
30.00 dollars for a 6 pack of beer. Imagine what they would charge for a bottle of rum.

Beer and wine along with water and soft drinks has been their since our first cruise in 1999, but good to point out to those who may have missed it along the way.

I use wegoshop for food and alcohol. It's personalized service and I have been using them for years. I'm staying a few nights
in September at Disney then a cruise and having them also deliver my cruise alcohol.

oops, so sorry. I thought I was on the theme park thread LOL
But, I am bringing my alcohol from wegoshop onto the cruise in addition to some tastings and still purchasing alcohol.
Oh well.

In case you haven't seen this info Disney is changing the amount you can carry on:
Effective for cruises embarking on or after September 30, 2015, Disney Cruise Line Guests 21 years and older may bring a maximum of 2 bottles of unopened wine or champagne (no larger than 750 ml) or 6 beers (no larger than 12 ounces) on board at the beginning of the voyage and at each port-of-call.

Me too, and me too. I am not seeing the spirits. For a second there, I thought DCL may be trying to redeem itself...sort of.

$10 for a six pack of water...yikes!

Isn't that interesting, that they *say* "spirits"?

And it's dasani! Ick! Municipal water local to the bottling plant. Bleah, why bother? They used to have Evian; at least that's better than just local water. (unless you live local to the Evian source, of course)

If I remember correctly, you are concierge. If that's correct, you will have access to unlimited Evian in the lounge. Don't buy water.

Thank you. You are correct. Im so happy I dont have to worry about the water this time. Its all I drink (with the exception of alcohol lol). I just wanted to compare how much it cost to my CCL Breeze cruise Im taking in January. CCL charges $2.99 for a twelve pack.

You can still bring your own bottles of water onboard - in your carry on.
