Hello,
We booked a bounceback FD offer for 5 for Sept15.. When booking I only did one room at POR. so in this package is room, FD and parks. Room rate is not discounted due to FD.

The thing is we need 2 rooms as my mom wont share with DH. but I figured it is cheaper to book all in the bounceback in one room and add a room only later hoping for a room only discount. My questions are:

1. Is this possible. I heard that you cannot book two rooms under one name? is this true?

2. Has anyone done the math? is it better to book a FD room for 4 and then a FD room for 1.. Or FD room for 5 and then an additional ( assuming room only %).

Room is at POR. So 5 is allowed.

Are you still there? If not you can't book another room under the BB. I tried and was told I had to do while I was there. I could change the dates but not adding another room. I was lucky as I went back down two months later and the BB was still there so I was able to add another room under my husband's name after I took off of my room. This is my view only :goodvibes

I want to bump this up because I was just thinking the same thing. We booked a bounceback for free dining and tried to add a room so my mother could come with us - but it was a no go. I am wondering if anyone could answer your first question because we would consider doing the same.

Could we add my mother to our free dining room (at CB where we can fit 5 per room) so she has her dining and tickets, but then boom a room only at the same resort so she has her own room to sleep in? I would just book her another bounceback room if we could, but, since we can't, I am looking for options.........

I would call Disney and explain the situation. If you're only adding one more person, I would assume they would rather book another room, then to add one more free diner into your room. But technically, a guest can not be in 2 rooms. Someone not associated with your room would have to be the primary guest on the second room.
