Adding the QS DDP online?

We are looking into adding the QS DDP to our 2009 trip. We have NOT booked it yet-we are still researching pricing and stuff.

Anyways, I went on the WDW reservations site to do some pricing, but when I clicked on the section to add the DDP, the QS plan was not listed in a choice to add. The QS plan is listed in the separate DDP descriptions page, just not in the reservations section.

Anyone know why? Will they let you add it when you do phone reservations?

We are basically trying to figure out how much the QS DDP costs per day.

Thanks!

If you are checking in before Jan. 11, it is not available. We are checking in on the 10th, and can't get it either.
It was sugested to me that we should do a room only for the night of the 10th, and then do a package w/ QS DDP for the 11th to the 17th. We are still doing some research on the QS plan as well, what have you come up with? I think it may be a good deal, and that it would be alot easier for us, (party of 10).

Gotcha! Well, we are still not sure yet-do you know how much $$ it breaks down to per day?

Gotcha! Well, we are still not sure yet-do you know how much $$ it breaks down to per day?

Here's what I was thinking..........the cost of the meal plan is $30 per day per person over 10yo. So, if you figure 2 QS meals w/drink @ about $8 or so per, that's $16, then the 2 snacks is probably another $10 or so for both, that's a total of $26 in meals and snacks for the day. Now add the refillable mug,(which sells for about $13 with tax), if you have at least 2 or 3 drinks per day at the resort, I think you would easily make up the other $4 per day. I guess it depends on how you eat, and what will work for your family.
We are not big eaters, but I have read that you can use a snack credit for some breakfast idems, like donuts or danishes. In that case, I think the QS plan would feed us all day, making it a great deal and super conveinient!
Hope this helps;)
When are you going?
