Hi,
Just back from a quick trip to WDW. I have a set of passes now, with multiple days left on them because all the kids and adults got a stomach virus. (which still is working on the infant). I am within the 14 days of first use period, to add the non expiration option, but ticketing is telling me you must do it in person. It does not say that anywhere. They say they need to see my ID and I said I could scan it to them -- the CM replied she wouldnt even know where they could receive something like this. I am in NJ and cant just fly back there for this. Does anyone know? I have two kids passes with 4 days each left on them and don't want them to go to waste. I am planning to return in april 2012.

any suggestions?

Call Guest Relations right now.
They have been known to set up an account for you to be able to take care of this upon your next return visit.
(They can set up the fact that you made the arrangements within the 14 day window.)

Also, in some cases, they have requested that you FedEx your tickets back to Disney and they would upgrade them, and send them back to you.

But, call and ask.

I have two suggestions/comments.

One is to check Post #18 of the locked sticky Everything About WDW Tickets in this forum for the pricing. You can get to the sticky by clicking on the link in my signature.

2. You probably called 407-W-DISNEY which is a Sales Office and Call Center and they do not understand ticketing. I would suggest calling the Main Switchboard at 407-824-2222 during Normal business hours and ask for Ticketing Services (today is a holiday so they are closed). Explain the situation to them and then can tell you what can be done and how to do it.
