Adding SIL & Daughter to our BW Studio Stay?

We're staying at BW in a standard view studio on rented points which we've already paid for, I've got the reservation paperwork. Our daughter and SIL may be able to join us, what's involved to get them added to the ressie?

Since you can have 4 adults in a BWV studio, just ask the member you rented from to add their names to the reservation. You may as well do that, just in case they do come. If they will need ME, they must be listed.

Do you have the dining plan? Are they using ME? If not, I would just add them at check-in (assuming they are checking in with you or after).

Because you're renting, I would have the member add them prior to check-in.

If you're buying the dining plan or they are using Magical Express, they must be added before check-in. You can't do that yourself, because Member Services will deal only with the actual member. You'd need to ask the member you are renting from to call Member Services and add them to the reservation.
