Adding People to Palo Reservation

Due to an error by DCL, one of my four rooms was not available for booking reservations last night. I was able to book six of the eight adults in our party but was told today that DCL won't add the other two. Any thoughts on how hard it will be to add the other two once we get there? I don't know that we can get an early port arrival because an ex-wife has not renewed my niece and nephew's passports. This has been a lesson to triple check everything they tell me on the phone. This won't ruin our cruise but it is to celebrate my mom's 21st wedding anniversary so I really wanted us to have an adult-only dinner one night. TIA!

Don't worry about the passports. You do not need them to do online check in.
The people at Palo are very accommodating. You should be able to add two people to your reservation once on-board.

It should be no problem, especially if your cabins are linked for dining. On our last cruise we had 5 rooms. One room was not able to get Palo online because they were new cruisers. The rest of the rooms were silver and gold Castaway members and made their Palo reservations online. I needn't have worried about adding the last room to our reservation when we got onboard, though. We went straight to Studio Sea on the Wonder when we boarded to add the last room. Marco, from Palo, said, "I had you on my list to call you to see if you wanted to add the last room". So, they are aware that this happens.

Just go to "Palo Ressies" after boarding and they will take care of it--usually no problem at all.
