If you add on points at a different resort than your home resort, can you pool the points together and make a reservation at either resort at the 11th month window?

No. You can only use the points at each particular resort at the 11 month window. So, if you have 150 points at VWL and 50 points at BWV, you can only use the 150 points for VWL and the 50 for BWV, not 200 combined. You have to wait until the 7 month window to be able to combine points. Of course, with banking and borrowing, you can gain more points at BWV in this scenario.
