In trying to follow this thread, can you tell me what EOY, ROFR, UY, tug, II and GV mean?

EOY= Every Other Year
ROFR = Right Of First Refusal
UY = Use Year
TUG = Timeshare Users Group (www.tug2.net)
II = Interval International
GV = Grand Villa (?)
