Adding names to reservation??

Called DVC MS to add our friends to our November trip. I spelled their last name 3 times lol, but when I checked on MDE it was wrong. No biggie.....called again (first time wait was 17, second time wait was 22 min...not bad). Got the SAME woman again!! What are the chances of THAT? LOL

Anyway, when I went back on MDE their last name was corrected but when I clicked the " drop down" screen it showed their address as mine and has my Email address. She never asked their address on the initial call (and, no, we don't have the same last name :lmao:).

Would there be a reason for me to call back and put in their correct address and Email or should I just leave it? TIA:thumbsup2
 
If they live close just leave it and deliver their yellow luggage tags to them when they come.

Good example of why I suggest that you use the contact form on the member website for anything that can wait a couple of days.

Calling I would have the same problems of incorrect info being added to the reservation, using the form, ZERO errors. My guess is that MS cuts and pastes from the email that they receive.

Another plus is that they email you a summary of what they did and when they did it.

Never thought to do that. I was actually surprised that I couldn't just go in and add in the info myself on the website.
