Adding maxpass to store bought 3 day PH

I almost always buy DH or DD's 3 day PH at our local Kroger to get fuel points (I have an AP). Is there a way to add maxpass to it without having to go to the ticket kiosks in the esplanade, or is that my only choice? Looking to save time on arrival day.

As far as I know, the only way to add Maxpass to any kind of non-AP ticket not bought online directly from Disney is within the Disneyland app day-by-day after park entry.

You have to add it via the app each day. I’ve heard it only takes a minute as long as you have your card info saved in the app and memorize your 3 digit security code

You shouldn’t have to go to the kiosk. Just link the tickets to your app and once you’re scanned into the park you can purchase it each day you want it via the app. Make sure your cc number is preloaded in the app, and you’ll also need your code on the back at time of purchase. It takes no time at all to purchase it once you’re scanned into the park. We used MaxPass last year and it was awesome!!
