Hi All,

Doing some preliminary research for a 1 night WDW stay pre-cruise next year, and noticed that people like Hotels.com and Expedia are coming up cheaper for a room only than direct through Disney.

We'd want to use DME to get from the airport to the hotel, question is, how do I add this if I decide not to book direct with Disney? Is it possible? Do I need some sort of alternate booking reference, or is the one provided by the 3rd party sufficient?

Any advice much appreciated :thumbsup2

If you book through a travel agency and it doesn't make the Magical Express reservation for you then, at some point in time (7 days? 72 hours? 48 hours?) in advance of arrival if not sooner you can call DME direct (not Disney or CRO direct) to make the DME reservation.

If DME back to the airport is not quite right it is better to wait until you get there and begin your vacation before fixing that.

Magical Express hot line number: toll free 866-599-0951

Thanks for this - can't be done online then?
