Adding days to a park hopper at the park

Just wondered whether you can add days to a park hopper (in this case the 5 for 3) once you're at the park, at some sort of reduced rate?

We're going for just a short trip with 2 days left on some park hoppers. If we wanted to add another day to them so that we could go in and see the fireworks the night we get there, is that something we can do?

you should be able to upgrade and add a day at the ticket booths.

I did it at city hall in June. They can normally do it but there was some sort of problem with the computer system when I was there. I ended up having to go to Guest Services. Then it turned out that it cost more to upgrade then a one day pass since I had to pay gate prices and my orginal park hoppers were part of a package (Costco).

The castmembers were awesome though and ended up giving us complimentary tickets for the day and a couple of good for any ride fast passes since by that point I had waited in line for 2 hours and had several castmembers and leads help.

You can add days up to 6 days TOTAL (as in including the ones already on the original PH). But I believe you will pay the difference between what you paid for the pass and the ticket booth price (which doesn't have the 5 for 3 or 6 for 4 promo). You may end up being better off buying a one day pass...
