Adding Birthday Notation to Ressie

I made my reservations today for our upcoming trip. I was able to make the dietary notation since my daughter is vegetarian. I could not find anywhere to note that it's my husband's birthday. I know when I went 2 years ago that I was able to make a notation in the system that we were celebrating my daughter's graduation. Can I do it online or do I have to call?

With all the updates to the site, you do have to call now. I called last week and it only took about 2 minutes to note our honeymoon on all reservations. And the girl was super nice.

As the PP said, when they debuted the new website earlier this year, the ability to add a celebration note to the ADR vanished. It hasn't not yet returned, so I'm begining to think that it wasn't an oversight. You'll need to call to have them noted.

You can also let the CM know when you check-in for the ADR. You might get some pixie dust and have something special happen, you might just get a "happy birthday" wish from the server, or nothing might happen. It's really hit or miss.
