Adding Another to Poly Reservation

We are leaving in a week! However, I just got word that my sister may be joining us for like 2 nights. We are staying at the Poly. Currently there are 2 adults and 2 children in the room. Can I just call the Poly and add her on for the 2 nights? She is getting her own park tickets. Basically, she just needs two nights to lay her head. Do I even need to tell the Poly? It does sleep 5 if I remember correctly.

Does anyone know what I need to do to accomodate her? Thank you!

You should call and let them know. you will have to pay for having the third adult in the room. If you don't let them know, she will not have a room key which means she would not be able to use the EMH benefit, since you need a room key to get into the park early, or get a wrist band for the evening late openings.

Thank you for the response. I thought that was the case, but I wasn't sure seeing there are 4 in our party and it holds 5. Do you know roughly how much the extra person will cost? Is it pretty significant? Otherwise, I think she may just find her own room off property.
