Adding a person???

My very good friend whom I teach with is from South Africa and has never been to WDW.

She will be visiting family in southern Florida during our vacation time, and I think I have her convinced to come and join us for two nights at WDW.

How do I go about adding her to our room for those nights if she decides to come? Do I call CRO and have them modify the Reservation to include her those two nights or what?

If she does come can I get her a length of stay pass for the three days she will be with us?

Since we are staying at BC Concierge what better way to show her why I love WDW sooooo much?

Yes, call CRO and add her to your ressie just be aware that there is an extra charge for each adult beyond 2 in the room. Sorry I can't be of more help with your park pass situation - not sure exactly how that works if she's staying for less time than you but she will be able to get a room key (make sure her keys don't have charging priveleges unless you want her charging on your credit card as you can't put more than one card per room down)and should be entiltled to the same ammenities that you are since she'll be staying with you.

Yes you can just add her to your reservations but I wouldn't until you know 100% that she will be joining you...

My husband joined me and the kids for a only a couple of nights and we were able to get a two day unlimited magic pass (that what they're called?) for him. No problem -- just tell them what you're doing. And magic in my heart is right, don't tell them til you're sure because you will get charged for 3 adults in a room.
