Adding a person within the 45 day window.

Were going to disney in 13 more days and my daughter wants to bring a friend. We have 2 rooms at the pop century for 5 people, 6 if we add friend. We have free quick service dinning, can we still add her to the reservation and would she also get the free quick service dinning, is this something that we would be able to pay at arrival or would it need to be paid in advance. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Since there is room for an additional person you should be able to add them. Any additional fees would need to be paid when the change was made. Not sure how any promotion (like free dining) would be affected as the booking window is long since past -- but my gut feeling is it should be OK, but you would have to call and ask.

Yes you can, unless you are less than 3 days away.

You will have to pay for her immediately since you are under 45 days. Is she under 18? If so, then no extra charge per night to add her. If she is 18 or over, then you'll pay an additional $10 per night (I'm pretty sure that's the current value room charge).

This is correct as adding the DDP or adding a person to a reservation with the DDP must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival. The friend will also have to have the same tickets as everyone in the room. Also, just wanted to add that she can be added to room upon arrival, but if you did it that way, she would not get the free dining and would have to pay for her meals OOP and get her tickets separately. If she's definitely going, it's best to add her now.

Wife called friday and got her added to reservation with no problem. She is 16 so all we had to do was pay for her 5 day park hopper and she was given the free quick service dinning that we have. Thanks for all the replies.
