Adding a dining plan

Getting very close to D Day, and Im beginning to think maybe we should add on the dining plan for at least myself and h.

Can anyone tell me how it works and how I'd go about adding it now- I booked through disney.co.uk

Phone Disney UK and ask to have it added. You need to decide which Dining Plan will best suit your needs before doing so. There will be no amendment fee as you will be increasing the cost of your holiday and since it is not free dining (I don't think) you will have no hassles adding it. Shout if you need any more help.

Sorry, I didnt read your post properly. How many of you are going? Are there children and if so, what are their ages? You have to add the same dining plan for everyone on your reservation for the full length of your stay so if there are more than just you and your DH everyone in the room gets it or no one does. You also have to have booked park tickets as well as your resort through Disney UK. I ask about the ages of your kids because paying for the DDP, this can be the make or break of whether it is cost effective for you. Also, where are you planning on eating?

Eeeeek didn't realise everyone had to have it.

We're taking our 18 month old.. does that mean we can't do it then?

Your 18 month old won't be charged for the dining plan so you will be ok! Have a great trip!

Yep, kids under 3 don't pay for DDP and you can share from your plates with her. They will even give you an extra plate if you need one as it is actually in the official dining policy that you can share with under 3's! Have fun!
