Add-On timeframe?

If I requested to add on direct how long does it usually take for someone to get back to me... it said within 24hrs, but I figured I would hear from someone the same day, but now it has been over 24hrs & I'm wondering how/why they wouldn't have contacted me by now to give them money. lol

You have a guide assigned to you so it was sent to that person. Maybe it’s there day off?

My guides off days are Sunday and Monday. But, you can also call again and tell them you want to talk to anyone and not the one who was assigned to you.
 
May depend on when you sent in your request and if your guide is off or not. We were able to touch base with our guide in about a day and a half.

I don't have a guide and I suggested "any" can call me, but I requested yesterday at 6am (9 EST), so they're only a few hours past the 24 hrs, just would think if it came to selling points they'd be pretty quick about it.

It's not urgent, so not a big deal was just curious if that was the norm, or if I should reach out again, it says "no need to send another request" lol

Everyone has an assigned guide if you are already a member. They do it automatically.
 
When I called in i was transferred to a guide and finished up the process within a half hour. I didn’t have a guide (I did have one but he retired).
 
When I used the add on tool the first time I added direct I didn’t have a guide (I had a resale contract). It took two days for a guide to get back to me. After that the process went smoothly.

We didn't have a guide after purchasing resale. Reached out to DVC to ask and did not have someone assigned to us. Maybe eventually they do, but about a month after closing resale we didn't have one at that point.
