Add on through resale question..

I currently have points at VWL. If I buy BWV points through resale, is this automatically going to be treated as a separate membership?

Basically I want to do an add on at BWV. Going through resale would be cheaper but I don't want to have to deal with two separate memberships.

I just purchased 3 contracts from resale and the 2 with the same UY are in one contract and the second uy is a second different contract.
So if you have the same use year they will combine. Not sure if this is true all the time but I didn't request them to be put together, Disney did that for me.

If the resale has the same use year as your current contract, it can be put in as an Add-on, and will remain under your same membership number.

Usually Disney will do this automatically, but it's best to inform your broker that's what you want to do, and give them the information for your current contract. Have them work with Disney to ensure it becomes an add-on and not a totally new master contract.

Keep in mind it will need to be the same owners as the current contract.
